**EBO Group Management**
	Dave Heidenreich, Chairman and Chief Technical Officer of EBO Group. Dave was a founder of PT Tech (Power Transmission Technology) and served as President from 1978 to 1995. He has been involved in power and energy industries for 40 years and has more than 20 U.S. patents. In addition to authoring the book, Exponential Solar in 2007, Dave heads EBO Group’s development efforts in areas of alternative energy. He is a 1965 BSME graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Professional Engineer in the state of Ohio.
	Keith Nichols, President EBO Group. Keith joined the company in 1981 while finishing his BS Mechanical Technology degree at The University of Akron. He earned a MBA from The University of Akron in 1985. Keith became Vice President of Operations in 1990 and moved up to President of the organization in 1995. He has been involved in the industrial drive components industry for 30 years and is a co-inventor on 6 U.S. patents. Promoting employee ownership, Keith serves as an advisor for the nationally recognized Ohio Chapter of The ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Association. Keith is an industry advisor for The University of Akron’s Mechanical Technology Program.
	Ralph Rogers, Chief Operating Officer, PT Tech. Ralph has been involved in the industrial power train component marketplace since 1977. A graduate of the University of Virginia’s Engineering School, Ralph has been involved in sales, marketing, engineering and production of clutches, brakes and drive shafts for the steel industry, recycling, mining and tunnel boring markets. Since joining PT Tech in 1990, Ralph has consistently demonstrated an ability to spot opportunities that match well with the organization’s innovative development capability, including the CDB (Caliper Disc Brake) and HPTO (Hydraulic Power Take Off) product lines.
	Gregg Cullings, International Sales, Vice President EBO Group,. A 1985 BSME graduate of Cornell University and a 1997 MBA graduate of Syracuse University, Gregg has over 20 years of experience in the application and selling of power transmission systems spanning a diverse range of applications and markets. Gregg joined the company in 1995 and since 1999, has served in managerial roles, directing the company’s sales and engineering efforts.
	Karl Driggs, Human Resource Development and Administration Manager. Karl joined EBO Group in 2011. He earned his BS in Business Administration from Ashland University and has since accomplished Graduate Studies that include Marketing and Finance at Cleveland State University, Business Professionals Program at Hecht & Associates, and Balanced Scorecard Education at Harvard Business School. Karl’s focus is on employee and leadership development. A Certified Lean Master, he also brings experience in the linkage of strategic planning to EBO Group's operational processes.
	Bob Herchick, Corporate Engineering Manager, EBO Group. Bob joined EBO Group in 1990. He championed the development of product lines for both PT Tech and TransMotion Medical and became a key contributor to the success of the company. A progressive, ambitious attitude earned Bob's promotion to EBO Group Engineering Manager in 2005. A 1988 graduate of Stark Technical College and 1999 BSMET (Cum Laude) graduate from The University of Akron, he has been granted 4 U.S. patents.
	Joe Guinter, General Sales Manager, PT Tech. Joe has been involved with the application, design, sales and service of power transmission devices his whole career and has been at PT Tech since 1997. He graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton in 1991. Joe has a passion for both new product and new customer development. He has been actively involved in the creation and growth of PT Tech's diesel engine related products.
	Ryan Yerkey, Chief Operating Officer, TransMotion Medical. Ryan joined EBO Group in 2006. He is a 1995 graduate of the University of Dayton with a Manufacturing Engineering Technology degree and an MBA from Cleveland State University in 1998. Ryan has 16 years of experience in production operations procurement/sourcing, teambuilding and organizational development. He served as Materials Manager over consolidated production and purchasing for EBO Group for three years. In 2009, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of TransMotion Medical ito spearhead operational excellence and strategic planning initiatives.
	Scott Dwyer, Operations Manager, EBO Group. Scott joined EBO Group in 2011. He earned his MBA at Case Western Reserve University after receiving both his BSE and MSE in Engineering at the University of Michigan. Scott brings operational leadership experience and expertise from industries as varied as transportation, mining, logistics and health care. This broad base of experience allows him to look at unique ways to maximize efficient and cost-effective production throughout EBO Group.
	Tom Richards, Materials Manager, EBO Group. Tom joined EBO Group in July of 1988. He is a 1982 graduate of the University of Akron with a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree and earned his MBA from Kent State University in 1994. Tom has 24 years of experience that includes Design Engineer and Manufacturing Manager. Tom, currently the Materials Manager, handles materials management activities for the entire EBO Group.
	Mike Stafford, Manufacturing Manager, EBO Group. Mike has been involved with PT Tech from the very beginning. From machining the parts and fixtures needed for the first PT Tech products in 1978, to managing production of the many products developed over the next 25 years. Building on his continuous involvement with manufacturing and product design, Mike joined EBO Group in 2004 to support the collaboration of engineering and manufacturing across all EBO Group companies.
	Michael Maske, Vice President of Sales, TransMotion Medical. Michael joined TransMotion Medical as the National Sales Manager in 2006. He graduated from Arizona State University in 2003 with a BS in Communications and has over six years of sales experience. Michael served in the US Air Force Reserves and Army National Guard, 1992-2004. His military service includes Operation Iraqi Freedom - 2003, Oman Iraq.
	Ray Failor, International Consultant, TransMotion Medical. Ray joined EBO Group in 2002 and launched TransMotion Medical. Ray has been directly involved in the development, marketing and manufacturing of medical patient handling and treatment products since 1968. His dedication to creating medical products to enhance the safety of patients and medical staff has earned him more than a dozen U.S. patents. After retiring in 2009, Ray became aTransMotion Medical International Consultant focusing on recruitment and retention of international distributors/dealers.
