EBO Group Wins John Logue Employee Ownership Excellence Award
SHARON CENTER, OH - EBO Group, Inc. is the recipient of the John Logue Employee Ownership Excellence Award. Presented by the Ohio Employee Ownership Center (OEOC) on April 30, 2010 at its Annual Spring Conference, this award honors John Logue, Founder and Director of the OEOC. The John Logue Employee Ownership Excellence Award is dedicated to the vision and the legacy of Logue, who passed away in December 2009,
John Logue’s dedication to employee ownership was unparalleled. Logue founded the Ohio Employee Ownership Center in 1987. Over the next 23 years, he worked with more than 500 firms and employee groups employing 95,458 workers. Of these, 74 firms employing 14,066 workers implemented partial or complete employee ownership creating more than $300 million in equity for their employee-owners. OEOC’s Employee-Owned Network continues to provide education for 80 employee-owned Ohio companies which employ more than 15,000 Ohioans and generate more than $2.4 billion in sales.
